Order Processing

We aim to provide a fast and reliable service to all our customers.
All orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number.

UK Delivery

We offer Next Working Day Delivery on all UK orders once dispatched.

  • Free UK delivery is available on orders £100 and over.
  • Orders under £100 will incur a standard delivery charge, calculated at checkout.
  • Next working day delivery applies to orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day.
  • We primarily use UPS for our deliveries, ensuring a fast, reliable, and trackable service. In some cases, we may use alternative reputable couriers depending on order size or location.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by peak periods (such as Christmas or sales events) and unforeseen courier delays.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide, including to the EU, USA, and other international destinations.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • EU: 3–7 working days
    • USA: 5–10 working days
    • Rest of the World: 7–14 working days

Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to customs processes or local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to release the goods.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority before ordering if you have any concerns about potential charges.

Delivery Restrictions

We ship IT networking equipment, and no content-based shipping restrictions apply.
However, some geographic restrictions may apply based on local regulations or courier coverage. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you at checkout or after the order is placed.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

All shipments include full tracking, regardless of destination. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
