Can I place an order without creating an account?

Where is my order confirmation?

We aim to provide a fast and reliable service to all our customers. All orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • EU: 3–7 working days

  • USA: 5–10 working days

  • Rest of the World: 7–14 working days

How much is shipping?

Can I track my order?

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at returns@circlestock.com. If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Exchanges are processed by returning your item first, then placing a new order separately. How do I return an item?

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. How long does it take to return an item?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@circlestock.com
